Sometimes we crave something basic, raw, cleansing and energising. Sometimes we want something sweet, fresh and indulging but still healthy. Sometimes we want a pre-yoga meal but don’t want to feel too full. Sometimes we just don’t know what to eat at all but are hungry. This raw plate is a simple solution for all these situations.:) You can never go wrong with this one. Basically, it’s just fruits dating greens, plus nuts for extra deliciousness and raw chocolate for that divine touch. So fresh and energising! Full of beautiful colours, flavours and aromas. Full of life!

What do I need?
fruits: any fruits you like. I used apple, pear, orange and banana
greens: broccoli, kale or spinach
nuts and seeds of your choice: walnuts, almonds, peanut butter.., coconut flakes, sunflower seeds…
chocolate sauce: 1 tsp coconut oil, 2 tsp cacao powder, tiny pinch of salt or even chili if you like that
fresh herbs: mint, lemon balm..
frozen berries on top: my favourites are raspberries or black currant
What do I do?
Cut all the fruits and veggies into pieces and shapes of you taste. Add greens and frozen berries. Top with nuts, seeds and fresh herbs and drizzle with raw chocolate.
